Why do I need an account

Access to our warehouses is restricted to account holders only.

Who can open an account?

Regular Cash & Carry or Credit Accounts are only available to 'Trade' customers but, as with all rules, there are exceptions.
J W Gray are happy to assist private individuals and non-trade organisations by opening a Temporary Account to cover special occasions (weddings and other events etc.).

How do I open an account?

To open a regular Cash & Carry or Credit Account, please contact our Customer Services team.
If you require a Temporary Account, please contact our Sales Manager.

How do I place an order?

Credit Account holders can place an order by telephone, fax or email.  Order forms and standard email templates are available from our Customer Services team.

Can I collect my order in person

Yes, customers are welcome to visit our warehouses to collect their orders. 

When do J W Gray deliver to my area?

J W Gray deliver to all mainland areas of Orkney & Shetland on a regular basis.  Please contact our Customer Services Team for delivery times to your area.

There may be a problem with my delivery/invoice

If you have a problem with a delivery or invoice, contact our Customer Services team who will be able to assist you.

There may be a problem with my account/statement

Our Customer Services team should be able to help you in most cases but, they may refer your problem to our Accounts Manager.
