J W Gray & Co - Technical Services

In addition to our normal operations, J W Gray & Co operate an independent 24 hour backup service to the licenced trade covering installations for all major brewers.
Our team of Technical Representatives are skilled in surveys, bar installations, python systems, remote cooling and cellar work to "Pressure Code of Practice" and "Electrical Code of Practice" standards.
Beer and Cider installations are conducted according to the "Product Dispense Specification" for CO2 and N2CO2 volume, temperature and dispense speed.
Additionally, our Technical Representative are also experienced in Cask Conditioned Ale installations and can instruct clients in correct storage, handling, conditioning and dispensing (hand pull, free flow and gas pump) of these products.

In house staff training courses are available on request.
