J.W. Gray’s operates an independent support service to the licensed trade in Orkney and Shetland covering installations for all major brewers.

Our staff are experienced in beer and cider installations and are also knowledgeable about cask conditioned ales. We can instruct clients on correct storage, handling, conditioning and dispensing via hand pull, free flow and gas pump systems.

Beer and cider installations are conducted according to the Product Dispense Specification for CO2 and N2CO2 volume, temperature and dispense speed.

Our technical service team are fully trained and skilled in bar surveys, installations, python systems, remote cooling and cellar work to the Pressure Code of Practice and Electrical Code of Practice standards.
